Growth & Demand Associate Intern Domain: Sales | Business Development | Market Expansion Company: Zupper Commerce Private Limited Duration: 6 Months (3 Months Unpaid + 3 Months Paid) About Zupper Zupper is building a next-generation B2B commerce ecosystem that connects brands, distributors, and retailers through technology and on-ground execution. We help retailers source better and sellers grow faster by reducing traditional trade inefficiencies. Role Overview This is a hands-on field + strategy internship where students will work directly on live markets, retailer onboarding, demand generation, and revenue growth. You won’t just observe — you will build and execute. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and map retail territories Identify and onboard retailers Build relationships with shop owners and distributors Track demand generation and sales funnel Execute cluster-level growth strategies Work on measurable revenue targets Growth Path 0–3 Months: Learning, field exposure, structured execution 3–6 Months: Paid internship with independent territory handling Post 6 Months: Opportunity for Full-Time Role (Growth Associate / Territory Executive) High performers may grow into territory/category ownership within 1 year.
