Account CUM Admin Manager

Overview: The Accountant will possess substantial experience and knowledge in GST, TDS, statutory compliances, and the finalization of Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Statements, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting and Bookkeeping:
• Update date-to-date transactions in Tally.
• Maintain the Cash Book.
• Prepare Voucher & Ledger Postings for sales, purchases, freight, etc.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Verify credit statements, tour reports, etc.
• Tax Compliance:
• Prepare and file TDS statements, ensuring monthly and quarterly updates.
• GST Filing periodically
• Ensure compliance with ESI and EPF regulations.
• Financial Reporting:
• Finalize Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Statements.
• Prepare periodic financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of Salary Statements.
• Provide reminders for insurance premium payments.
• Prepare and verify pending statements.
• Audit and Compliance:
• Verify office accounts and documents.
• Prepare for internal auditing.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Banking and Financial Management:
• Deal with banks for renewal limits, extensions, LC, and bank guarantees.
• Prepare and submit bank documents.
• Handle renewal of licenses and certifications.
• Manage export incoming payments, reconciliation, reminders, and updates.
• Inventory and Stock Management:
• Prepare and submit monthly stock statements.
• Manage book debits, ECGC, CAPEXIL, and other related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accountant.
• Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, ESI, EPF, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
