Mandatory Criteria:

• CA Inter Dropout or B.Com Graduate
• Minimum 4–5 years experience working in a CA Firm
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally Accounting Software
• Practical exposure to GST, TDS & ROC compliances
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Candidate must be comfortable handling compliance independently

📝 Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts using Tally
• Preparation & filing of GST returns and compliance documentation
• Handling TDS calculations, returns, and reconciliations
• Managing ROC filings and statutory compliance work
• Preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
• Assisting in audits, assessments, and client compliance requirements
• Maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation
• Coordinating with clients for financial data and compliance updates

🎓 Qualification & Skills:

• CA Inter Dropout / B.Com with 4–5 years CA firm experience
• Strong understanding of direct & indirect taxation processes
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and regulatory filings
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills
