Accounts Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, positive communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting entries and maintain financial records
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers
  • Maintain cash and bank records
  • Assist in GST filing and basic statutory compliance
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments
  • Maintain office files and administrative documents
  • Support management with reports and documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts/admin role
  • Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
