Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive
Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to manage invoicing, collections, and receivable records. The candidate should have hands-on experience in BUSY Accounting Software and strong follow-up skills to ensure timely collections and smooth cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue invoices using BUSY Accounting Software
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and receivable records in BUSY
- Track outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
- Regular follow-up with customers via calls, emails, and visits
- Perform account reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and MIS reports from BUSY
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for payment and billing issues
- Record receipts and adjust entries in BUSY system
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices and payment records
- Support month-end closing and audit requirements
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Collection Process
- Mandatory hands-on experience in BUSY Accounting Software
- Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic reporting)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet collection targets and deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable using BUSY software
- Experience in manufacturing or B2B industry is an added advantage
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely collection of outstanding dues
- Reduction in receivable aging
- Accuracy in BUSY entries and reconciliation
- Effective customer follow-up
- Reduction in bad debts
Additional Requirements (Optional)
- Willingness to travel for client visits (if required)
- Strong coordination with internal teams
