Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate and send detailed group bills, master folios, and individual city ledger invoices within established timeframes.
- Collection & Aging: Monitor the accounts receivable aging report to identify outstanding debts, follow up with guests/clients, and minimize overdue payments.
- Cash Application: Post daily payments received via credit card, bank transfer, or check against corresponding invoices.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger, update credit files, and prepare month-end reports on account status for the Controller.
- Credit Management: Review and approve credit applications for new clients and corporate accounts, ensuring adherence to hotel credit policies.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer billing discrepancies, queries, and disputes professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
