JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Interact with CUSTOMERS regarding courses, registrations, schedules, and general inquiries.
  • Assist students with the registration and documentation process.
  • Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update student and customer records accurately.
  • Support administrative activities including filing, data entry, and office coordination.
  • Implement and follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Handle follow-ups, reminders, and basic reporting as required.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly and interact effectively with students.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Positive customer handling and follow-up skills
  • Basic administrative and documentation skills
  • Data entry and record-keeping accuracy
  • Time management and multitasking ability
  • Polite, confident, and convincing telephone etiquette

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
