As an Admin Executive (Outsourcing / External Payroll) at the Chakan Plant, you will play a vital role in the Administration support function to enhance service excellence. Reporting to the Admin PIC Canteen & Housekeeping, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating Plant Offices, Production Offices, Break Rooms, Washrooms, and all other areas under the Administration team's domain. Your role will involve working effectively with female supervisors to manage female infrastructure within the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate various areas under the Administration team's domain
- Ensure a thorough understanding of assigned tasks and their relevance to the team
- Conduct rounds, note/document technical observations, and manage files and documentation efficiently
- Provide professional, timely, and prompt responses to internal clients and teammates
- Maintain an inventory of employee engagement activity materials
Qualifications Required:
- Any Graduate (BBA / B.Com / B.Sc. / Hotel or Hospitality Management)
- Experience in plant office administration, housekeeping, hotel management, or cafeteria management preferred
Desired Competencies:
- Basic technical knowledge of Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Canteen operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good drafting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively within the team and with internal customers
Personality Traits Required:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required
