Job Description: Administration Executive

Institution: International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM), Goa

Position: Administration Executive

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management or related field

Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with good administrative skills may apply)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the institute
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth functioning of administrative tasks
  • Handle official correspondence, emails, and documentation
  • Assist in organizing meetings, institutional events, and activities
  • Maintain attendance records and support basic HR documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
  • Ensure proper management of office supplies and inventory

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
