Job Description: Administration Executive
Institution: International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM), Goa
Position: Administration Executive
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management or related field
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with good administrative skills may apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the institute
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth functioning of administrative tasks
- Handle official correspondence, emails, and documentation
- Assist in organizing meetings, institutional events, and activities
- Maintain attendance records and support basic HR documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
- Ensure proper management of office supplies and inventory
Skills & Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
