The role involves providing technical guidance to farmers, promoting bio-organic products, and supporting sustainable farming practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide agronomy advisory and technical support to farmers
- Guide farmers on crop nutrition, soil health, and bio-organic solutions
- Promote Kay Bee Bio Organics products through farmer interactions
- Identify crop issues and suggest appropriate solutions
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture or any Agriculture-related degree
- Freshers with strong agricultural knowledge are welcome
- Experienced candidates with field advisory experience will be preferred
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of crops, soil, and agricultural practices
- Strong communication and farmer-handling skills
- Interest in sustainable and organic farming
- Problem-solving and field-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and in a team
