Job description:

Knowledge of Soil, Crop Production and their management, Identification of pest diseases and nutrient of agriculture
Advocating for organic /Natural farming awareness and promoting sustainable agricultural practices & Reviewing the operator file with all documents
Excellent training and communication skills to work effectively with small farmers
Conducting training sessions on applicable organic /Natural farming standards and regulatory requirements.
Preparing certificates & presenting the file to Certification Committee or reviewer.
Provide necessary support to coordinators in handling complaints and follow up actions in case of inspected/audited operators. Having a proactive attitude and effectively discussing project requirements
Preparation of farm management, including crop planning, planting, cultivation, harvesting, pest and disease control, and post-harvest handling for certification.
Preferred candidate profile:- Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture Science, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or other related fields in Organic and Natural Farming, Required Experience 1 to 7 Years

Pay: ₹9,494.52 - ₹27,352.48 per month
