Kagidham is a packaging solutions company working with brands to supply paper bags, corrugated boxes, and custom packaging. We coordinate with multiple printing and packaging vendors to deliver packaging solutions efficiently.
We are also expanding into sustainable packaging solutions.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly proactive Operations Executive who is comfortable using AI tools to manage work efficiently. The role involves coordinating packaging orders, managing vendor communication, researching packaging solutions, and using AI tools to improve workflows and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming packaging orders from clients
- Coordinate with printing presses and packaging suppliers
- Track production timelines and delivery schedules
- Maintain order records and documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding order status
- Research packaging materials and vendors when required
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals
AI Skills Required
The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools for daily work such as:
- Research and data gathering
- Writing emails, reports, and documentation
- Creating presentations and documents
- Organizing information and workflows
- Improving operational efficiency
Candidates who actively use AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar productivity tools will be preferred.
Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma (MBA candidates welcome)
- Strong communication in Tamil and English
- Comfortable using AI tools and modern digital workflows
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and clients
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience)
