Destinare Services is hiring AI Quality Analysts to evaluate personalization features in AI models. The role involves designing multi-turn prompts using personal context and evaluating AI responses for accuracy, grounding, and helpfulness.
Candidates must be fluent in any one of the following languages:
Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Thai.
Key Responsibilities
- Design conversational prompts (1–5 turns) to test AI personalization
- Evaluate side-by-side model responses
- Identify hallucinations and incorrect personalization
- Write structured evaluation rationales
- Verify AI data usage and maintain data hygiene
Required Skills
- Native / Fluent in Chinese OR Japanese OR Korean OR Thai
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills
- Experience in AI annotation / content moderation preferred
- Excellent written communication
- Attention to detail
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics / Journalism / Computer Science / Policy / Analytics or related field.
Offer Details
- Contract Duration: 3 Months

- Time Commitment: 40 hrs/week (PST overlap required)
