Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Algorithmic Trading Developer / Quant Developer to develop, optimize, and research trading strategies. The role involves converting strategy ideas into automated algorithms and identifying high-probability trading setups through data analysis and backtesting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement algorithmic trading strategies in Python.
- Convert existing strategy concepts into fully automated trading algorithms.
- Research and identify high-probability trading setups using historical data.
- Perform backtesting, optimization, and performance analysis of strategies.
- Improve strategies for better risk management, win rate, and drawdown control.
Required Skills:
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience in algorithmic trading or quantitative strategy development.
- Knowledge of backtesting frameworks (Backtrader, Vectorbt, Zipline, etc.).
Good understanding of technical indicators, price action, and quantitative models.
Experience with data analysis using Pandas and NumPy.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with options or derivatives trading strategies.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis or machine learning for trading.
- Experience working with financial market data and APIs.
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience and project scope (fixed project or contract basis).
