- Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- As an AM/DM - Tractor PDI at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the Manufacturing division, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of Tractors meets the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the PDI process, conducting quality checks, coordinating with the manufacturing team, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the PDI, and ensure that the Tractors are delivered to customers in perfect condition.

- Education Qualification**
- To excel in this role, you should ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Electrical and Electronics. Your educational background will provide you with the necessary technical knowledge to understand the intricacies of the Tractor PDI process and contribute effectively to the team.
- General Experience**
- With 3-7 years of experience in a relevant industry, you will bring valuable insights and expertise to the role. Your experience in manufacturing or automotive sectors will be beneficial in understanding the complexities of Tractor production and quality assurance.
