About The Role: The Amazon Ads Manager will be accountable and optimize all of Crossbeats digital advertising efforts on our Amazon Marketplace. The person will be hands-on helping efficiently and profitably scale our Marketplace and Online Business. The Performance Manager is able to show proficiency and expertise across multiple Amazon marketplace using both Search & Display.

What you will do?

  • Own the execution of Amazon ad campaigns for Crossbeats
  • Use tools like Scale Insights, Helium 10, and DataDive to drive performance and uncover growth opportunities
  • Work directly under our Brand Manager to align advertising with broader brand strategy
  • Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and ad types across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display
  • Analyze performance and deliver insights to help guide creative and strategic shifts
  • Help us build smarter systems, automations, and reporting processes

What We’re Looking For?

  • 4+ years of hands-on Amazon advertising experience
  • Strong familiarity with Scale Insights, Helium 10, and DataDive
  • Experience working with Consumer Electronics brands
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from performance trends
  • High emotional intelligence—you communicate well, take ownership, and know how to work as part of a team
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Experience with Amazon DSP or external traffic funnels.
  • Familiarity with Buy with Prime or other emerging Amazon tools.
  • Understanding of how ad performance intersects with creative (images, A+ content, etc.).
  • Prior work in D2C brands on Amazon

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and manage Amazon paid search (AMS) and display (DSP) media campaigns to drive increased sales and visibility across product listings.
  • Provide regular performance reports, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage and monitor advertising budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring that ad spend is optimized to meet KPIs and quarterly targets.
  • Leverage SEO insights to enhance keyword targeting for ads, continuously optimize product content and listings, and improve overall campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align paid media strategies with overall sales goals and product priorities.
  • Analyze performance data and adjust audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to maximize ROI and drive total sales growth.
  • Track competitor performance and market dynamics to enhance paid search and display media strategies and maintain market leadership.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to identify the most effective approaches for scaling campaigns.
  • Leverage Amazon's advertising tools and analytics to identify underperforming areas and execute data-driven optimizations.
  • Provide guidance and communicate best practices to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns, including paid search (AMS) and display (DSP).
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing large-scale advertising budgets to drive sales growth and achieve business goals.
  • Proficiency with advertising automation platforms, bid management tools, and keyword rank monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert performance data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of adjusting strategies based on campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic data analysis functions.
  • Experience with market data analysis tools to analyze trends and track performance.
  • Possess a basic understanding of AI-powered tools and platforms with a willingness to explore, integrate, and apply new technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
