About Us
Keplin Group Limited (UK-based FMCG group with 11 brands) is hiring a data-driven Amazon Data & Reporting Analyst to manage reporting and insights for Amazon Advertising & Vendor Central.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and automate weekly/monthly Amazon reports
- Analyse sales, traffic, ROAS/ACoS, spend, CPC, CTR, conversions
Vendor Central reporting:
POs, fills, shortages, returns, chargebacks (basic)
- Advanced Excel modelling & data cleanup
- Create dashboards (Power BI / Looker Studio – bonus)
Must-Have Skills
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivots, XLOOKUP, modelling)
- Amazon Ads & Vendor Central reporting experience
- Strong data accuracy, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication
Nice to Have
- Power BI / Looker Studio
- SQL or database exposure
- eCommerce or FMCG experience
