Amazon Marketplace Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Amazon Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our cross-border drop-shipping business. This role owns catalog health, pricing strategy, and revenue growth across Amazon marketplaces (primarily Amazon US → Amazon India/UAE/other global marketplaces).
You will work directly with the business owner and be responsible for day-to-day execution, not just reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central
- Strong experience with:
- Catalog management & flat files
- Amazon pricing & fee calculations
- Cross-border or international Amazon selling
- Solid understanding of:
- Amazon policies & account health metrics
- Referral fees, FBA vs FBM, GST/VAT basics
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities
- Catalog & Listing Management
- Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords)
- Manage parent-child variations, flat files, and category-specific attributes
- Resolve catalog errors (suppressed listings, missing attributes, brand issues)
- Ensure listing compliance with Amazon policies (especially for cross-border ASINs)
- Coordinate GTIN/UPC, brand registry (if applicable), and category approvals
- Pricing & Profitability Management
- Set and manage pricing across marketplaces considering:
- Amazon referral & fulfillment fees
- Cross-border shipping & customs costs
- GST/VAT and currency fluctuations
- Target margin requirements
- Monitor competitor pricing and Buy Box performance
- Implement dynamic pricing rules (manual or via tools)
- Identify loss-making SKUs and recommend corrective actions
- Sales Growth & Performance Optimization
- Track daily sales, conversion rate, Buy Box %, and ranking
- Identify underperforming ASINs and implement optimization plans
- Coordinate basic Amazon PPC (or work with PPC specialist)
- Launch new ASINs and scale winning products
- Plan promotions, deals, and seasonal pricing strategies
- Reporting & Insights
- Prepare weekly performance reports (Sales, Margin, Issues, Action Items)
- Track marketplace-specific KPIs
- Provide clear recommendations to improve revenue and profitability
Requirements
- 4+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
- Strong knowledge of catalog management and pricing
- Experience with cross-border or international Amazon selling preferred
- Comfortable working independently
