As a Flutter Developer at Testers Community, you will have the exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the Android application, ensuring high-performance code and seamless user experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • App Development: You will be responsible for building and maintaining the core mobile application using Flutter & Dart.
  • Architecture: Designing scalable and clean code structures to accommodate our growing user base of over 20,000 users.
  • Integration: Implementing complex RESTful APIs and efficiently managing backend data flow.
  • Database Management: Optimizing data structures in Firebase/Firestore to enhance speed and reliability.
  • Performance Optimization: Identifying bottlenecks, fixing bugs, and optimizing app performance for a smooth user experience.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the founder to translate requirements into technical features.

Qualifications required for this role include:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in mobile app development using Flutter.
  • Proficiency in Dart, Flutter Widgets, and State Management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod).
  • Strong knowledge of Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Authentication).
  • Experience with integrating third-party libraries and REST APIs.
  • Ability to implement user interfaces based on Material Design principles without the need for CSS knowledge.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience with Android development and deploying apps on Google Play is a plus.

This is a full-time, 100% remote role with a compensation range of 5 - 8 LPA based on experience.
