Anesthesia Technician

Anesthesia Technicians are specialized healthcare professionals who support anesthesiologists by preparing equipment, monitoring patients, and maintaining sterilization in operating rooms. They set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot anesthesia machines, airway devices, and monitoring systems, ensuring safety before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Preparation: Set up, test, and calibrate anesthesia machines, ventilators, and vaporizers.
- Patient Monitoring: Assist in attaching monitoring equipment (ECG, blood pressure, ) and monitor patients' vital signs and physical status during procedures.
- Airway Management Support: Prepare airway equipment (endotracheal tubes, laryngeal masks) and assist in airway management.
- Sterilization: Clean and disinfect anesthesia equipment according to infection control guidelines.
- Operating Room Support: Assist in establishing peripheral intravenous (IV) lines and provide medication support to anesthesia providers.
- Supplies Management: Maintain and restock anesthesia carts and emergency airway bags.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
