Role Overview
We are looking for a Python & Ansible Developer (24 years experience) to build backend applications and automate infrastructure using Ansible.
This role involves:
- Python API development
- Automation & configuration management
- Infrastructure provisioning
- Cloud integration (preferably AWS)
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Ansible automation, Python backend development, Linux systems, and REST APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Python applications, scripts, and REST APIs
- Write clean, modular, and testable Python code
- Build and maintain Ansible Playbooks and Roles
- Automate deployment, provisioning, and configuration tasks
- Work with Linux systems, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams
- Troubleshoot automation and application-level issues
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Python development
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible (Playbooks & Roles)
- Experience with YAML & Jinja2 templating
- Strong Linux system knowledge and shell commands
- Experience building REST APIs (FastAPI / Flask / Django)
- Working knowledge of SQL databases
- Strong Git workflow experience
- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills
Good to Have
- AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM)
- Docker knowledge
- Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code exposure
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Logging / Monitoring exposure
