App Dev (Low Code Data Engineer)

As a Low Code Engineer at Microsoft in the Business & Industry Copilots group, you will be a part of a rapidly growing organization responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, Microsoft Industry Solution, and more. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency through low-code/no-code solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy advanced automated workflows, enhance user interactions, and integrate AI agents within production services.
- Key Responsibilities:**
- Agentic System Development**
- Build and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Leverage Azure AI Foundry to design prompt flows and manage deployments via Azure DevOps CI/CD.
- Stakeholder Engagement**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into program requirements and technical specifications.
- Rapid Prototyping**
- Design and implement quick agentic workflows with a prototype-first mindset to gather early feedback.
- Data Engineering & Analytics**
- Build and manage quick data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse/Fabric.
- Perform data preparation, transformation, and analysis with SQL.
- Prompt Engineering**
- Craft, optimize, and maintain effective prompts to ensure reliable agent behavior.
- Automation Orchestration**
- Design and manage automation workflows using Power Automate Flows.
- Performance Measurement**
- Track adoption, success, and engineering metrics of deployed solutions.
- Qualifications:**
- Education:** Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience:** 1-3 years in data analytics or data engineering. ~1-year hands-on experience with agent development (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar tools).
- Technical Skills:** Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI Foundry, SQL/Python. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.
- Soft Skills:** Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
