App Store Screenshot Designer (iOS Apps)

We are looking for a creative and conversion-focused designer who can design high-impact iOS App Store screenshots and mobile app UI/UX for multiple apps we build.
If you enjoy transforming app features into compelling visuals that increase downloads, this role is for you.
You will work closely with a mobile apps team building multiple iOS applications, where your designs will directly influence App Store conversion rates and user engagement.
What You Will Do
- Design high-quality iOS App Store screenshots that communicate app value clearly
- Create engaging visual storytelling for App Store listings
- Design mobile app UI/UX screens for new features and apps
- Work with the development team to translate features into visual marketing screens
- Optimize screenshot layouts for App Store conversion and user appeal
- Use AI tools to generate assets, visuals, and concepts quickly
- Create reusable design templates for different apps
Tools & Skills Required
You should be comfortable working with:
- Figma (primary design tool)
- Photoshop / Illustrator
- AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.)
- App Store screenshot composition and layout design
- Mobile UI/UX principles
- Typography and visual hierarchy
- Iconography and illustration basics
Bonus if you understand:
- App Store Optimization (ASO) principles
- Screenshot storytelling techniques used by top App Store apps
What We’re Looking For
- Strong design sense and attention to visual detail
- Ability to convert app features into clear visual narratives
- Fast execution and ability to iterate quickly
- Experience designing App Store or Play Store screenshots
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving app development team
Experience level is flexible — talent and portfolio matter more than years.
Portfolio Requirement
Please include a portfolio link showcasing:
- App Store or Play Store screenshots
- Mobile UI/UX designs
- Marketing creatives for apps (if available)
Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Tools you use for design
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a small design test task.
