In terms of qualifications and experience, you should possess:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in technology solution design, architecture, and delivery, with a minimum of 5+ years within the AMC, Broking, or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Technology platforms, frameworks, and software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Fintech ecosystem working for broking systems, trading platforms, and financial market data feeds.
• Experience in project and program management, with a track record of successfully delivering technology solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and value-driven technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
