Role Description
This is a part-time role for an Aptitude Trainer, based in Dehradun.
The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering structured training programs focused on Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Skills as part of our Industry Readiness initiatives with universities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering aptitude training sessions
- Creating structured lesson plans and training materials
- Conducting interactive sessions with a focus on real performance improvement
- Monitoring student progress and evaluating outcomes
- Providing personalized feedback and improvement strategies
- Collaborating with internal teams to continuously refine training frameworks
Qualifications
- Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
- Proven ability to conduct engaging and impactful training sessions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze student performance and provide actionable feedback
- Comfortable with online teaching tools and hybrid training environments
- Prior experience in aptitude training, competitive exam coaching, or similar roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
