AQL-Data Entry

Job Overview:

A Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure data integrity and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems
• Verify accuracy of data before inputting
• Review and correct errors in existing data
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Organize and maintain files and records
• Generate reports as required
• Perform regular data backups
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors for data-related tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in data entry or similar role
• Fast typing skills with high accuracy
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management software
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of office equipment (computers, scanners, etc.)
• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Basic understanding of data analysis
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
