Job Role:
- Manage operations of multiple restaurant outlets in the region
- Ensure smooth functioning of service, kitchen, housekeeping & maintenance
- Monitor sales performance, budgets, and cost control
- Handle franchise relationships and support new outlet openings
- Conduct audits and maintain brand standards
- Lead and manage Restaurant Managers and outlet teams
Key Skills:
Restaurant Operations, Multi-Outlet Management, Franchise Management, Business Development, Budgeting & Cost Control, Customer Experience, Team Leadership, Restaurant ERP (Rancelab/Micros), MIS & Excel.
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality
