As a Graphic Designer at ISKCON Bangalore, Rajajinagar, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs for various events and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and digital creatives
  • Developing engaging content for social media, website, and newsletters
  • Collaborating with content, media, and event teams to ensure impactful visuals
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all print and digital assets
  • Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively
  • Undertaking photography during events and festivals as needed
  • Performing photo editing, colour correction, and image optimization for both print and digital platforms

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and visual storytelling
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory
  • Basic knowledge of photography fundamentals such as composition, lighting, and framing
  • Ability to edit and enhance photographs using industry-standard tools
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Strong time management skills to handle tight deadlines effectively

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Previous experience in cultural, non-profit, or religious organizations
  • Knowledge of Kannada/Hindi design adaptation is considered a plus
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is advantageous

This is a full-time, on-site position at the ISKCON Bangalore campus with standard office hours from Monday to Saturday, with flexibility required during major festivals and events.
