Job Description

You will be working as an Assistant Facility Manager - Operations (Technical) based in Mumbai, where your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of facilities. This includes managing the maintenance of equipment and systems, ensuring effective facility management, and operational efficiency. Your role will also involve planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising operational staff, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain 100% deployment at all sites consistently
  • Knowledge of transitioning for new sites
  • Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at sites and ensuring compliance across all locations

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills to effectively manage and coordinate teams
  • Proficiency in Facilities Operations, Facility Management (FM), and Operations Management
  • Experience in planning and implementing Preventive Maintenance procedures
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with relevant safety and compliance standards
  • An engineering degree or a related technical qualification is preferred
  • Previous experience in facility management or technical operations is beneficial
  • Diploma in Electrical with 2 to 3 years of experience in Facility Operations will be preferred Job Description
