- Develop and execute new product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks to meet business objectives while minimizing costs.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
Job Requirements
- 5-12 years of experience in NPD (New Product Development) or related field.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including design, prototyping, testing, and production planning.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
