• Staff Coordination**: Assist in staffing and scheduling, ensuring adequate staff coverage across all shifts.
• Training and Development**: Assist in conducting orientation programs and continuous training sessions for the nursing team to enhance patient care skills.
• Compliance and Safety**: Ensure nursing practices adhere to hospital policies and government healthcare regulations, maintaining a safe workplace for patients and staff.
• Patient Relations**: Address and resolve patient and family concerns in a timely, empathetic manner.
• Inventory Management**: Oversee the inventory and procurement of medical supplies, ensuring necessary resources are available for patient care.
• Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular checks on hygiene, cleanliness, and overall functionality of patient areas.
• Qualifications**
• Education**: Diploma or Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or GNM).
• Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Certifications**: Valid nursing license and certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
