Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall restaurant operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Supervise and support both floor and kitchen teams during service
- Ensure closing of accounts at the end of the day
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle escalations professionally
- Manage reservations, revenue targets and operational performance
