- Create staff schedules and manage shift duties
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Ensure guests receive excellent service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Ensure smooth daily operations in the dining area and kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies
- Assist with daily sales reports and cash handling
- Help achieve sales targets and profitability
- Coordinate ordering and receiving of inventory
- Minimize waste and control costs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,500.86 - ₹32,000.00 per month
