About the Role:
We're seeking a strategic, hands-on AVP – Quality Assurance to lead end-to-end quality strategy for our product portfolio. This role will be responsible for building scalable QA frameworks and driving automation excellence while ensuring product reliability across the lifecycle.
We need someone with a strong exploratory mindset capable of identifying opportunities, building deep product mastery, and operating effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Define implement organization-wide QA vision long-term quality roadmap establishing scalable processes aligned with business goals
- Benchmark shift-left quality-first culture improving testing methodologies standards championing continuous improvement initiatives
