Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in machine learning roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and common ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with distributed training, model optimization (quantization, pruning), and inference at scale.
• Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms: AWS (SageMaker), GCP (Vertex AI), or Azure ML.
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling: MLflow, TFX, Airflow, or Kubeflow; and data engineering frameworks like Spark, dbt, or Apache Beam.
• Strong grasp of CI/CD for ML, model governance, and post-deployment monitoring (e.g., data drift, model decay).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
