Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gobindpur for an Assistant Air Conditioning and Refrigerator Technician. The role involves assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing issues, conducting system inspections, troubleshooting malfunctions, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment. The technician will also interact with customers, provide professional support, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Basic understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, with a willingness to learn and undergo training
• Ability to assist with exports, freight handling, and support logistical processes when needed
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in diagnosing and addressing technical issues
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and standards
• A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role and relevant technical certifications are advantageous
