Job Summary
Aeromechx Automotive is looking for an Automotive Workshop Manager / Lead to manage daily workshop operations, lead technicians, ensure service quality, and maintain safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop activities
- Allocate work to technicians and monitor job progress
- Ensure quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery
- Lead and support workshop staff
- Coordinate with service advisors/customers
- Maintain job records, tools, and spare parts usage
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the workshop
Requirements
- Basic to good knowledge of automobile systems
- Leadership and team coordination skills
- ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering preferred
- Freshers with potential or experienced technicians welcome
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
