We are a growing digital growth agency helping startups and mid-sized companies scale through branding, website development, and performance marketing.
We are looking for a result-driven B2B sales expert / lead closer to join us and help close deals with retainers of ₹40K–₹55K/month.
What We Provide:
- Qualified hot leads (minimum 15 per month)
- Clear service packages and pitch deck
- Flexible, remote work environment
- Commission-based pay (10–12% per closed deal) — unlimited earning potential
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably closing digital marketing or service-based deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Able to handle objections and present solutions effectively
Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with hot leads
- Conduct discovery and strategy calls with prospects
- Close high-ticket clients
- Collaborate with the agency to understand services and positioning
