BA + BI Developer

Role Overview:

As a Business Data Analyst in Gurgaon with 3-6 years of experience, your main responsibility will be to analyze large-scale data applications, perform data mapping and transformations. You will work with Snowflake and relational databases, create BRDs, and gather requirements. Your communication skills will be crucial for interacting with stakeholders. Additionally, you will be required to work on SQL, source-to-target mappings, and data consolidation tasks. Familiarity with the Property and Casualty Insurance domain is essential. You must integrate seamlessly into the team and contribute towards achieving team objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams
• Connect with Client SME to understand functionality and data
• Conduct data profiling to assess data quality and critical data elements
• Work on data mapping, data lineage docs, and design docs for stakeholders' understanding
• Build BI solutions using data analysis techniques and best practices
• Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports aligned with business requirements
• Design visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop
