Manager – CDO’s Office (Strategy & Execution)

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-oriented professional to join the CDO’s Office as a Senior Manager – Strategy & Execution. The role will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, governance excellence, executive communication, and cross-functional program tracking across the technology and digital organization. This role is ideal for someone who combines structured thinking, strong business communication, governance rigor, and an understanding of the technology landscape. The candidate should be comfortable operating in high-visibility leadership environments and managing interactions across business, technology, compliance, and senior management stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution Support

• Support the Chief Digital Officer’s Office in driving strategic and operational initiatives across the technology organization.
• Track key organizational priorities, transformation programs, and leadership action items to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in preparing strategic notes, leadership updates, operating reviews, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate with multiple technology and business teams for progress tracking and governance adherence.

Governance & Leadership Reviews

• Manage governance cadence for leadership forums, review meetings, steering committees, and regulatory/secretarial discussions.
• Drive agenda planning, meeting coordination, action tracking, and closure governance.
• Prepare high-quality Minutes of Meeting (MoM), decision logs, and governancesummaries with strong attention to detail. ● Ensure structured follow-through on key commitments and escalations.

Executive Communication & Storytelling

• Create impactful presentations, strategic narratives, and executive-ready communication material for leadership reviews and board-level discussions.

Translate complex technology and business topics into concise and compelling presentations. ● Support leadership communication initiatives and organizational messaging. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology, digital, operations, risk, compliance, and business functions.
• Work closely with program owners to ensure visibility and governance over key initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

• Btech / MBA from a reputed institute is mandatory.
• Additional certifications in project/program management would be an advantage. Experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in strategy, PMO, governance, consulting, digital transformation, or CxO office roles.
• Experience working with senior leadership teams is preferred.
• Exposure to BFSI/Financial Services/Technology organizations will be an added advantage. Functional Skills

• Strong business writing and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation creation and executive storytelling capability.
