About the Role: Credit Portfolio Optimization
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role focused on maximizing portfolio performance post-disbursement .
You will act as the central problem solver for credit performance — identifying where we are losing money across the repayment lifecycle, diagnosing root causes, and designing interventions that improve outcomes at scale.
