Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure orders are taken and delivered accurately and on time.

Team Supervision

  • Supervise and guide waitstaff, stewards, and other service personnel.
  • Allocate tables and assign duties to team members.
  • Conduct pre- and post-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, promotions, or service notes.
  • Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and service standards.

Operations

  • Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and properly set up.
  • Oversee mise-en-place and table settings according to service standards.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth order execution.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality before serving.

Sales & Revenue

  • Promote upselling of menu items, special promotions, and beverages.
  • Assist in managing reservations and seating to optimize capacity and revenue.
  • Support management in achieving sales targets and controlling wastage.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine list, and promotions.
  • Uphold company policies and standard operating procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
