About the Role

Looking to hire a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive top-of-funnel growth for Tech/SaaS solutions. The role focuses on generating leads through inbound and outbound outreach and scheduling demos with the Sales/AE team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure only high-potential prospects are handed over to AEs.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos and meetings with Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and prospect information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Handle initial objections and guide prospects toward booking a demo.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better identify opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong ability to engage prospects and qualify leads efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections professionally.
  • Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
