Roles & Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Designing content pillars, recurring formats, and the creative direction for various channels.
• Scriptwriting: Crafting compelling, highly engaging scripts for the YouTube platform.
• Video Packaging: Developing high-converting titles, thumbnails, and positioning strategies, while leveraging YouTube SEO best practices to maximize click-through rates, discoverability, audience engagement, and organic growth.
• Simplifying Complex Topics: Translating complex Finance concepts into accessible, actionable content for a diverse audience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working directly with production, filming, and editing pods to ensure your strategic vision is fully executed.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of managing and driving YouTube content strategy, scripting, and channel growth.
• Strong understanding of finance and investing concepts.
• Deep understanding of YouTube best practices, including audience retention and video packaging.
• Ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in YouTube content.
