About the Role

We're looking for smart, driven, and curious individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. As a Business Intern, you'll work on high-impact projects across business, operations, growth, and product functions, gaining hands-on exposure to how a high-growth fintech operates.

This is an opportunity to work directly with experienced teams, solve real business problems, and take ownership from Day 1.

What You'll Do

• Support key business initiatives and strategic projects across teams.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
• Assist in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution.
• Contribute to customer, growth, product, and business-related projects as required.
• Take ownership of tasks and independently drive them to completion.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's graduates from the 2026 batch.
• Prior internship experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A self-starter with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic environment.
