As a Customer Service Billing Specialist, your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate billing records and documentation. You will also be responsible for preparing billing reports and statements, as well as ensuring the proper maintenance of the day-to-day receipt book. Good computer knowledge is essential to efficiently carry out these tasks.

- Experience: 1+ year
