Core Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Initiate or receive calls to handle customer inquiries, complaints, or service requests.
- Lead Generation/Sales: (Outbound only) Pitch products or services to potential clients and follow up on leads to meet sales targets.
- Documentation: Maintain an accurate record of all conversations in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Conflict Resolution: Calmly handle "irate" customers and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT).
