Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Instructor to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience in Business Analysis and a passion for teaching. The instructor will guide students through real-world BA concepts, help them prepare for co-op opportunities, and provide interview preparation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver online sessions on Business Analysis concepts, tools, and best practices
- Train students on real-world industry scenarios and case studies
- Prepare students for co-op placements and job opportunities
- Conduct mock interviews and resume guidance
- Mentor students on BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Provide practical assignments and feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience as a Business Analyst or related role
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and requirement gathering
- Experience with BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct mock interviews and career guidance sessions
