Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Reach out to SMEs across Technology Services to schedule interviews and workshops.
  • Navigate challenging conversations with tact and persistence to extract detailed process insights.
  • Build trust and rapport with stakeholders who may be time-constrained or hesitant.
  1. Process Analysis & Optimization
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and document end-to-end processes using ARIS and BPMN standards.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze process-related data (man-hours, cycle time, effort elapsed) using Excel / Power BI.
  1. Automation Opportunity Identification
  • Evaluate business processes for automation potential and document challenges/roadblocks.
  • Use analytical techniques such as Pareto analysis and standard deviation to support findings.
  • Collaborate with the Hyperautomation team to build ROI-driven business cases.
  1. Business Case Development
  • Gather data quickly from multiple sources and stakeholder groups.
  • Use prompts, available tools, and domain knowledge to draft structured, validated, and high-impact business use cases.
  • Present findings clearly and concisely using PowerPoint and Excel.
  1. Tracking & Documentation
  • Maintain and update GitLab trackers to monitor issue resolution and overall progress.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with ITIL and UBS standards.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong SME interaction and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience conducting process interviews and documenting workflows using ARIS & BPMN.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma for identifying inefficiencies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel / Power BI.
  • Ability to identify automation opportunities and collaborate on business case creation.
  • Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Experience with GitLab or similar tools for tracking.
  • Understanding of ITIL standards and technology service processes.

Desired Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience in process mapping using ARIS/BPMN (added advantage).
  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure services & technology operations.
  • Experience using GitLab or equivalent tracking tools.
  • Proactive, resilient, and able to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Critical thinking and ability to challenge assumptions.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot for documentation and analysis.
