Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive (B2A | CSR & Digital Skills), you will support on-ground execution, partnership development, and program expansion by engaging with:

Government & aided schools, ITIs, polytechnics & diploma colleges, Degree colleges & universities, CSR partners, NGOs & implementation agencies

This role is ideal for field-oriented professionals who understand the education ecosystem and government-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Institutional Outreach & Partnerships (B2A)

a) Identify and engage Government schools, ITIs, diploma & degree colleges.

b) Support MoUs, pilot programs, and institutional onboarding.

c) Coordinate with principals, HODs, district education officers, and skill officers.

  1. UNICEF & Digital Skills Program Support a) Assist in rollout of UNICEF-aligned Digital & Life Skills programs.

b) Support student onboarding, faculty coordination, and program tracking.

c) Act as a local point of contact for institutions and implementation partners.

  1. CSR & Government Project Support a) Assist in identifying CSR-funded skilling opportunities.

b) Support documentation, field coordination, and reporting requirements.

c) Liaise with NGOs, CSR teams, and government bodies as required.

  1. Sourcing – Blue Collar & White Collar a) Support candidate sourcing and mobilisation for:

o Blue-collar roles (Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Field Services)

o White-collar roles (IT, Analytics, BFSI, Operations, Sales)

b) Coordinate with institutions for student data, eligibility, and assessments.

  1. Reporting & Field Execution a) Maintain activity reports, lead trackers, and institutional data.

b) Support events, orientations, and local workshops.

c) Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination with internal teams.
